Reunion, FL (March 21, 2018) – This afternoon Jack Nicklaus, flanked by executives from Encore Residences and Resorts/Encore Capital Management, officially opened The Bear’s Den at Reunion. The Jack Nicklaus-branded luxury golf community is located on the 17th and 18th fairways of the Jack Nicklaus golf course at Reunion.
The ceremony took place in front of this beautifully appointed model home which features 6 bedrooms and over 4500 sq. ft. of luxury living – priced just under $1.5 million. Here’s a peak at the back yard…
Mr. Nicklaus took questions from media and as you can imagine Tiger and Augusta came up rather quickly. Jack went on to explain that Augusta National is a special place for him as Bobby Jones was his idol growing up. He’s heading there tomorrow.
Developers Art Falcone and Neil Eisner stood dutifully beside Jack during the entire media event but never had to say a word. Jack finished up by stating that AP – Arnold Palmer – would have been proud of how Rory finished last Sunday.
Just above these beautiful flowers in the distance, the new clubhouse is being constructed. With only 52 lots and a prestigious address, the grand opening was heavily attended by real estate professionals and eager buyers. Estate homes will range in size from 5200 to 10,000 sq. ft., with pricing from $1.2 million to well over $4 million.
