G/FORE’S Golf Gloves Get an Update

LOS ANGELES, CA – Luxury lifestyle brand and golf footwear innovator, G/FORE is thrilled to announce the next generation of their successful and ultra colorful golf glove line.

The original that started it all, G/FORE’s flagship gloves provide golfers with unparalleled construction, quality, fit, and feel. Upgraded for the new season and precision-crafted from premium AA Cabretta leather, they fit snug like a second skin and align with USGA standards, elevating a player’s look and game. They’re strategically perforated to increase air flow and feature an adjustable hook & loop closure for the ideal fit. Available in a carefully curated range of colorways, the extra comfortable gloves provide undeniable grip and pair with any complementing outfit—there’s one for everybody.

As recent PGA Tour winner Thomas Detry has said, they’re “amazing, honestly they’re so soft, I mean the quality of the leather has always been great—that’s why I’ve been wearing them for eight years.” Endorsements don’t get better than that.

Book Your Lansdowne Resort Golf Outing Now Mulligan Golf Package Offers Maximum Fun for Groups of Eight to 24 Players

LEESBURG, VA – While the calendar says winter, mid-week bookings for the 2025 golf season are coming in fast and furious to Lansdowne Resort, which is conveniently situated on 500 rolling acres along the Potomac River in Virginia’s Loudoun County and minutes from Dulles International Airport (IAD).

Golf groups are jumping on this value-laden two-night, three-day package that includes spacious accommodations, two $75 dinner credits for each golfer, breakfast in the Riverside Hearth Restaurant each morning, and a round of golf on the Resort’s two award-winning, 18-hole courses. Box lunches are provided during the golf rounds.

The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Golf Course is a 7,063-yard, par-72, that provides mental challenges with risk and reward holes.  While friendly, the strategic layout demands the player’s best play – regardless of skill level.  Tackling this course promises to be memorable, especially with the gang in tow.

The Greg Norman Golf Course’s 7,332-yard par-72 layout winds through a mature hardwood forest and adjacent to rocky outcroppings. While considered challenging, the Norman Course remains enjoyable for everyday golfers, with tees that fit a multitude of skill levels – including the memorable “island tees” on the par-4, first hole.

To settle any bets or for a friendly, post-round match, the resort features a nine-hole course, also designed by Norman, called Sharkbite. Five sets of tees deliver a total yardage of just over 2,300 from the back tees. Guests may play here for an additional fee.

Besides the three golf course options, Lansdowne Resort has a double-sided practice range, a golf academy for all levels of players, and is among the few instructional facilities in the mid-Atlantic to offer GEARS, an advanced biomechanics system to capture every swing motion, then analyze it–-from address to follow-through. In need of a quick game fix?  Brian Rogish, listed among Golf Digest’s “Best Young Teachers in America” (2025-26), is available for lessons or group instruction.

A minimum of eight players is required to book the package and it is available for up to 24 golfers.  Alcoholic beverages, resort fees, and taxes are not included in the package rate.  Restrictions and blackout days apply.

The Sun Mountain Stand Bag, Reinvented

MISSOULA, MT – Sun Mountain is reinventing the modern stand bag with the new-for-2025 Eclipse E-Series. Performance golf bags in the E-Series include the E-2.5, E-3.5, and E-3.5 14-way. Notable advancements include the Internal Compression Bottom and new duratech mesh shaft protection. E-Series is available now.

Bags in the new Eclipse E-Series are the E-2.5 offering a 7.5”, 4-way top with 9 pockets offering capacity of 17.9L; E-3.5 with an 8.5”, 4-way top, and 11 pockets with 21.8L capacity; and the E-3.5 14-way with an 8.75”, 14-way top, and 11 pockets with capacity of 21.8L. All three bags in the series feature the Internal Compression Bottom, zip-off ball pocket, and new duratech mesh shaft protection.

The Internal Compression Bottom is the latest step in Sun Mountain’s continual improvement on the patented technology they brought to market nearly 40 years ago. This new bottom eliminates the standard foot mechanism that activates stand bag legs and uses a unique, two-piece hinged bottom in its place. Not only is this new Internal Compression Bottom easy to activate when used as a carry bag but it’s also more cart-friendly when the bag is used on riding carts or push carts.

E-Series golf bags are offered in a broad range of colors including the expected black and navy, the ever-popular navy/white/red, the unique snow camo, and the limited-edition forest/sport navy/red as a tribute to the original Eclipse golf bag circa 1986.
