Matt- Thanks for this great podcast. Good info on mobility vs flexibility with a trainer assisting the range of motion on your leg or arm. Good listen here on common sense approach to golf conditioning. I would be interested in hearing Jeff Pelizzaro from 18Strong discuss SuperSpeed Golf training protocols as that training program ended up for me with chronic (piriformis muscle) hip pain after weeks of swinging as fast as I could.
