Celebrating 2016’s First Major
Whether you’re a year-round golfer or the fair weather type who plays from May to August, there’s no denying that golf season starts in earnest at Augusta. CRU Golf is adding to the annual excitement this year by unveiling their limited edition Major Collection headcovers.
The first entry in the 2016 Major Collection is based on CRU’s Classic Banner series of head covers. As you can see, the look is clean and timeless. The colors clearly signify the year’s first major but they could be in your bag year round without looking out of place.
CRU Golf’s covers have received recognition as Blue Ribbon Gear because they are of the highest quality. The head covers are 100% genuine leather and are hand made here in the United States. You can tell from the photos, and even more when you hold one in your hand, that these are the work of skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work.
One of the things that makes CRU Golf’s Major Collection different from other limited edition products is that you’ll be able to see these in play during the Masters. While we can’t say the names of the decorated, eccentric amateur, the Tour’s most prominent OSU grad, or any of the other who will be using them, we think you’ll have a pretty good idea when you see the pictures (more pictures in the slideshow below).
The CRU Golf Major Collection is for sale now through their website, but will only be available until the week of the next major (the US Open in mid-June).
