At Plugged In Golf, we believe golf is better when golfers are better informed. Our mission is to help every type of golfer through honest, first-hand reviews and data-driven testing they can trust.
Who creates our content
Reviews and articles are written by our expert staff who have years of experience with equipment in golf. Our team is based throughout the United States. Our staff of testers all have a wide range of golf handicaps (intentionally, we don’t want just perspectives from pros or skratch golfers).
How we test products
– Products are personally tested on both the golf course, driving ranges and/or simulator environments where appropriate.
– Reviewers use their own personal observations and performance data.
– Real golfers are not robots, and hence we do not use robots for our sole basis for reviews.
Product samples
– Companies and manufacturers frequently provide products for testing.
– Receiving a product does not guarantee coverage or a positive review.
Sponsored reviews and editorial independence
– Some brands pay for guaranteed testing, coverage or promotional distribution (email, social media).
– Payment for promotion of the reviews via email, social media channels does not guarantee a favorable conclusion. We reserve the right to maintain our independent editorial review.
– Brands may confirm objective specifications, but cannot approve the reviewer’s opinions or final copy.
– Advertisers do not have any influence over what we cover or the opinions expressed by our writers.

Artificial intelligence, No AI Usage Allowed
– Published editorial content is independently researched, tested, written and edited by only real people.
– Generative AI is not used for any written reviews, copy, text, or club testing.
Corrections and updates
– Typographical errors may be corrected without a note.
– Material factual errors receive a dated correction.
– Significant product or testing updates receive a dated update.
– We always strive for transparency and accuracy. For ongoing stories, we will add new information as it becomes available, marked with a clear timestamp.
