Tradition Redefined: Bettinardi Golf Unveils 2024 BB Series Putter Line

TINLEY PARK, IL – Bettinardi Golf, leading innovator and maker of the world’s finest precision-milled putters for over 25 years, is proud to unveil the new 2024 BB Series. For this redefined line, Robert J. Bettinardi has built upon years of experience and harnessed feedback from Tour players to optimize the center of gravity and apply a new face milling technology to the series.

The exquisite 2024 lineup features seven putter models including the BB1, BB1 Wide, BB8 Flow, BB48, and the BB28 Slotback as a Spud Neck, Center Shaft, or Armlock. Creating a harmonious blend of tradition and cutting-edge technology, each model has been meticulously designed by Robert and Bettinardi’s team of engineers to deliver superior performance and a smooth and consistent stroke.

“We tested over 30 different Flymill patterns in developing our new Perpetual Flymill face which provides superior feel and remarkable control.” said Sam Bettinardi, President of Bettinardi Golf. “This new method makes the face pattern exactly repeatable, creating tactile uniformity across the entire series.”

This striking collection of Tour-inspired putters is designed to elevate performance and feel on the green, offering golfers an unmatched combination of control and style. Key features include:

Center of Gravity Shift
By reshaping the bumpers and shoulders, the Center of Gravity aligns more naturally at address. This enhanced COG establishes a more unified weight distribution, ensuring contact with the sweet spot to achieve a more crisp roll.

Perpetual Flymill Face Milling
Redefining precision putting, Bettinardi’s Perpetual Flymill Face Milling technology is now enhanced by sonic optimization. This innovative technology provides a consistent roll, ensuring that your putts start true and on target. Each stroke produces a distinctive tone, providing instant feedback to the player.

303 Stainless Steel
Each BB Series putter is one-piece milled from 303 Stainless Steel, which is the same blend of material preferred by Bettinardi Tour staffers around the globe. This metal offers a more durable, responsive, and solid-feeling putter for supreme performance.

Black Pearl PVD Finish
The deep, luxurious black hue of Black Pearl PVD not only exudes sophistication but also adds an extra layer of confidence upon address. Beyond its striking appearance, the PVD coating is highly resistant to wear, scratches, and corrosion.

Premium Components
Each BB Series putter now comes paired with a Black PVD Tour Grade shaft, custom electric blue Lamkin Grip, and dual-constructed leather and carbon fiber BB Series magnetic headcover.

The 2024 BB Series will be available for pre-order on Tuesday, November 21st online at for $450 each, and will be available for purchase at authorized Bettinardi dealers domestically in December and worldwide in January.

Nippon Shaft Wins CME Group Tour Championship

CARLSBAD, CA – The winner of the CME Group Tour Championship used Nippon Shaft’s N.S. PRO 950GH neo shafts in her irons and wedges to shoot a record 27-under par in the LPGA’s final event of the year at Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida.

After finishing in the top 10 in two major championships earlier this season, the 34-year-old Korean was tied with one other player at 25-under with four holes to play. When her playing partner made bogey on No. 16 and fell behind by one, she birdied Nos. 17 and 18 to win by one. She made only two bogeys in the 72-hole tournament in which she shot 68-63-64-66—261. She also made an eagle 2 on No. 13, dunking an 80-yard pitch shot.

The champion received a check for a record $2 million for her victory, her fifth LPGA title, her first since 2019 and her first on American soil.

“Nippon Shaft would like to congratulate the winner of the CME Group Tour Championship,” said Hiro Fukuda, sales and marketing for Nippon Shaft. “We are pleased that the champion chose N.S. PRO 950GH neo shafts to compete in one of the richest and most competitive tournaments on the LPGA schedule.”

More than 500 players on the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, European Tour and Korn Ferry Tour use Nippon Shaft’s N.S.PRO and MODUS³ series steel shafts to help gain their desired distance, accuracy, and trajectory.

Nippon Shaft products are available globally either as stock or custom shafts in many of the world’s top iron brands.
