CARLSBAD, CA – PUMA GOLF reimagines classics by introducing the new AVANT, which serves the sophisticated yet modern golfer. The shoe comes in both wingtip and saddle shoe models. The Avant Collection is comprised of two models, the Avant, a classic saddle shoe with modern touches and the Avant Wingtip. All models feature premium materials and modern technologies, making them as functional as they are classic. Most notably, all Avant shoes are built with a PREMIUM FULL GRAIN LEATHER UPPER with one-year waterproof protection, lending an ultra-premium look and feel in all conditions.

The AVANT style features full-length PROFOAM EVA MIDSOLES, providing exceptional cushioning and all-day comfort. RADIAL TRACTION TECHNOLOGY for spikeless performance utilizes strategically placed ridges and lugs to grip any surface players might encounter. In addition, a PROCLIP TPU HEEL COUNTER AND PERFORMANCE TPU WELT provides a secure fit and 360-degree stability around the foot. SuperStroke Congratulates PGA TOUR Rookie Jake Knapp on Two-Stroke Victory at the Mexico Open at Vidant

WIXOM, MI – SuperStroke, the No. 1 Putter Grip in golf and the leader in innovative Tour-proven golf grip technology, congratulates 29-year-old PGA TOUR rookie Jake Knapp on his gritty two-stroke victory at the Mexico Open at Vidanta. Clutch putting down the final stretch helped the Korn Ferry Tour graduate and former UCLA Bruin hold on to his lead and secure his first career win on the PGA TOUR. With rounds of 67-64-63-71, Knapp earned $1.458 million in prize money, Fully Exempt status on the PGA TOUR through the 2026 season, 500 FedExCup Points, and entry into all remaining Signature Events on the 2024 PGA Tour Schedule as well as THE PLAYERS, The Masters, The PGA Championship and the 2025 Sentry.

Using a SuperStroke 1.0PT putter grip, Knapp made holed a succession of key putts during a final round in which he became to the first player since 1993 to hit only two fairways and hold on to win on the PGA TOUR. He led the field for the week in Strokes Gained: Total, Strokes Gained: Approach to the Hole, Sand Saves, and Birdies Made (with 25).
