Puma Golf Men’s Spring Summer 2018 Collection Marries The Best Of Urban Sportswear With Cutting-Edge Golf Performance

New design philosophies and fabric innovations provide golfers with on-trend looks and cutting edge performance for spring & summer

CARLSBAD, CA – PUMA Golf, a leader in golf apparel innovation, design and style, introduced its men’s Spring Summer 2018 apparel and accessories collection, showcasing fresh, fashionable patterns, a versatile color palette and cutting-edge technical elements, that are designed to enhance on-course performance and provide looks that turn heads whether golfers are in bunkers or at the bar.

Two of the best illustrations of the collection featuring all-over-prints designed for golf are the PWRCOOL Digital Camo Polo and Botanic Polo. The PWRCOOL Digital Camo Polo, using a highly functional material that draws sweat away from the skin while anatomically placed air flow features provide superior temperature regulation, is designed to keep the body at its optimal temperature to preserve energy during the round. The Botanic Polo utilizes PUMA’s proprietary DryCell Technology for the ultimate in sweat-wicking performance.

Perfect for those dew-sweeping brisk spring mornings, PUMA offers two Evoknit layering pieces in SS18, the new Evoknit Jacket and carryover Evoknit Seamless ¼ Zip pullover. The Evoknit Jacket is constructed of 57% cotton/41% polyester/2% elastane for a thermal, full zip layering look that will help golfers beat the chill while still allowing them to make a full shoulder turn during their swing.

The SS’18 assortment will continue to feature the brand’s revamped men’s bottoms collection. The popular Essential Pounce Shorts, a customer favorite, will be available in 10 eye-catching hues, offering the perfect complement to PUMA’s new polos. For SS18, PUMA Golf’s designers are also breathing fresh ideas into the brand’s popular 6-pocket pants, adding Heather 6 Pocket Pant and Heather 6 Pocket Short selections, as well. PUMA Golf’s new pants & shorts offer excellent moisture management, new, improved fit, a rebalanced pattern, curved stretch waistband featuring PWRSTRETCH for comfort and mechanical stretch for maximum range of motion.

Antigua Introduces 2018 Men’s Outerwear Collection Six New Styles

PEORIA, AZ – Antigua Group, Inc. – one of the nation’s leading designers and marketers of lifestyle and golf apparel under the distinguished Antigua brand – has officially unveiled its Men’s 2018 Outerwear collection. The Anchorage’s top sleeve placement of its ribbed quilting delivers style, as well as warmth. It’s genuinely a must-have cool weather garment offered in five sophisticated shades.

Profile combines the season’s fashion color palette with a 50-50 color-to-contrasting-black knit check. The upper portion represents a richer version of the specific color, bringing more black to the surface against the underlying color. The garment’s lower majority does the opposite. This is simply achieved with a single fabric constructed as a double knit jacquard, organically sending more of one color to the surface and the other to the back side. To give full contrast to this mid-weight style, the design team included reflective chest seam tape where the inverted fabrics are seamed and ran it perpendicular to a silver chrome nylon zipper for an updated contemporary feature.

Every season, Antigua’s product development team meticulously looks to be on top of market direction and has found an influence and resurgence of sweater and sweater-like apparel designed to be interpreted as sportswear. Voyage is Antigua’s interpretation of this direction. While it’s cut-and-sewn instead of fully fashion-knitted into a sweater, Voyage offers the versatility to be casual or classic.

Antigua always looks to bring something new to its windwear collections. Styles Thunder, Cyclone and Maritime form Antigua’s Spring 2018 windwear offerings. While Thunder makes use of a diamondback jacquard stretch woven for its tonally embossed center core, the Cyclone and Maritime feature a meshed lined woven fabric to create a short-sleeve wind shirt and wind vest, respectively. Antigua’s Maritime wind vest mirrors Cyclone with regard to its outerwear spec and fits as a wind vest should. Tailored to aesthetically match Antigua’s polo sleeve seams, it functions as a perfect piece for inclement or temperate weather.

Rounding out the Spring 2018 outerwear is the fully fleeced style Frontier. Built as a cool weather knit outer or under layer, Frontier uses randomly twisted two-tone heavy gauge yarns to create a horizontal irregular all-over stripe effect. It’s the go-to garment when cooler weather encourages warmer clothing.
