SKIN Sunscreen – Blue Ribbon Gear

SKIN Sunscreen – Blue Ribbon Gear

Sunscreen – really?  That’s right, there’s one product that all the Plugged In Golf staff rave about and use religiously:  SKIN Sunscreen.  Although not the most glamorous item in our golf bags, it may be the most important.  SKIN Sunscreen’s motto says it all – “Protect Yours”.

SKIN Sunscreen products were developed by golfers, for golfers.  More than just a business, the folks at SKIN are crusaders who want to educate and protect avid golfers from the harmful effects of the sun’s rays.  Skin cancer is the most common cancer diagnosis, yet it’s also the most preventable.  Having gone under the scalpel for skin cancer a few times, I now faithfully use SKIN.

And don’t just take it from me.  Here’s what some other PIG advocates had to say:

“I use SKIN exclusively because it provides great protection without a greasy feeling or any odor.” – Matt Saternus

Personally, I love using SKIN spray for exposed parts below my neck, but above that I’m a lotion fanatic.  The consistency of the lotion allows for a slightly heavier application that provides me with the confidence that I’m protected in the brutal Florida sun.

What Is Blue Ribbon Gear?

Blue Ribbon Gear is PluggedInGolf’s way of recognizing the very best equipment in golf.  From clubs to apparel to accessories, our blue ribbon is a symbol of gear that is head and shoulders above the rest.

I applaud you for emphasizing this issue. spot on. In this particular case, perhaps you might emphasize the important differential that makes this product superior to many / most others (no, I am not related to this company and in fact had never heard of this stuff prior to your article here). this product contains both zinc and titanium according to the information I have read. these two components are missing from many current day sunscreens. I won’t go into why that is such a massive problem. But I will say, my compliments for (a) pointing out this issue and (b) pointing up a product that , at least according to the label I read, is in fact truly effective for the task.
