MAJOR COMFORT. ZERO DISTRACTIONS.
As Nike athletes compete at the 2017 US Open, Rory McIlroy and Jason Day will keep cool and comfortable under pressure in the Nike Zonal Cooling MM Fly Blade Polo. This polo features Zonal Cooling technology which is Nike’s best expression of our cooling innovations. This technology provides optimal breathability in areas where the body produces the most heat.
The other Nike athletes vying for the major championship title will be wearing polos that fall under the umbrella of breathability and comfort leveraging Nike’s Aeroreact and Dri-FIT technologies. The other polos seen on the links at Erin Hills are the Raglan polo, the MM Fly Aeroreact blade polo, the Mobility Speed Stripe polo and the Dry Tipped polo.
Nike’s color story for the US Open is pigment burst. This is an overarching brand color story that pairs explosive colors such as Sport Fuschia, Bright Mandarin, Electro Green and Vivid Sky against neutrals for a disruptive look. The 20 Nike athletes in the field will wear this bright color palette against the Wisconsin backdrop of Erin Hills.
Here is a head-to-toe look at what McIlroy and Day will wear on each day of the tournament:
McIlroy will wear a white Nike Classic 99 hat, the Zonal Cooling MM Fly blade polo in Electro Green, Chlorine Blue, Wolf Grey and Deep Night, the Nike Flex Pant and Lunar Control Vapor footwear.
Day will wear the Nike Classic 99 hat in black and white, the Zonal Cooling MM Fly Blade polo in Sport Fuschia, Wolf Grey, Black and Chlorine Blue, the Flex pant and the Nike Lunar Command footwear during each day of the tournament.

Chase54 Announces Brand Ambassador Kyle Thompson 2017 US Open Apparel Script
CHASE54, golf apparel brand named for the pursuit of the perfect score in golf, announces partnership with Web.com Tour golf professional Kyle Thompson. Thompson will represent CHASE54 in his second US Open Championship appearance, after qualifying Monday in the Rockville, Maryland sectional.
Thompson shot -7 in 36 holes at Woodmont Country Club to earn one of three berths from that qualifier. It will be the second appearance in a U.S. Open for Thompson, a three-time All-American golfer at the University of South Carolina, who turned professional in 2001. He played in the 2012 Open at Olympic Club in San Francisco.
Thompson has worn CHASE54 for the 2017 season, and has already proven to be a true asset to TEAM54. Thompson currently ranks No. 7 on the PGA Web.com Tour, and won the season-opening Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay, in brutal weather conditions.
Thompson will be wearing CHASE54 in the 2017 US Open Championship at Erin Hills, in Erin, WI. This will mark the first appearance in a major championship for CHASE54. He will feature key pieces from the Fall 2017 collection Boundaries Unknown, which exemplifies his potential perfectly.
The Fall 2017 Collection, Boundaries Unknown, exudes the mystery of nature. The Men’s deliveries, which Thompson will be showcasing, consist of Alter Geo, featuring altered geometrics and unclear sizes and shapes of patterns. It promotes a lifestyle that is active in nature and knows no boundaries. Fractal Globe shows a fractured, distressed and messy structure of design elements for one to navigate. The final release for Fall 17, Emeritus, gives nod to the distinguished and vintage elements of nature, an environment that is aging with grace.
